NvYA (nuh-ya) n. Native american (Cherokee) word for rock or stone.
NvYA Technology was founded in 2016 to provide world-class IT services at a very reasonable cost. Our lineage as a company goes back to February, 1995 when we co-founded The Rock Island Group, which became Oklahoma’s first IT network management company and was subsequently sold to Williams Communications. We then set out to found and create Oklahoma’s premiere data center co-location company, Perimeter Technology Center, which is now part of TierPoint Oklahoma.
The word NvYA is a Native American word for “Rock” which refers back to our genesis from The Rock Island Group. At NvYA, we work to develop lasting relationships with our customers to earn their trust; our mantra at NvYA is to “Do what you say you’re going to do– every time, no excuses!” Our differentiating quality is that we want to be our customer’s “partner” and not just another vendor.
Our business model is relatively simple; we charge our customers a flat monthly fee which covers all of our services which allows companies the ability to manage their IT costs. We believe that the onus of IT should fall on us and not be the responsibility of our customers.
Many companies hire IT professionals based on what they think they need but have no real way of vetting the individual for their technical depth and incur a relatively high cost for one person’s skill set. At NvYA our philosophy is that for a fraction of the cost of a full-time IT professional, a customer can “hire” a full team of IT professionals which allows the right person working on the issues versus a single person with a limited skill set. It also eliminates the fear of having only one person being responsible for a customer’s critical data.

Chief Executive Officer
Stan holds his Master and Bachelor degrees from Southern Nazarene University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City and Leadership Oklahoma. Stan is the past Chairman of the Board for NewView Oklahoma and serves on numerous other boards. Stan served over 24 years in the Oklahoma National Guard and retired as Lieutenant Colonel; during his military career, he graduated from the U. S. Air Force Intelligence School, U.S. Army Artillery Officer Basic Course, Artillery Officer Advanced Course, Combined Arms Services Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College. Stan has been married for over 35 years; he and his wife have one son. He also enjoys travelling with his wife, playing golf, snow skiing, reading, and various other sports.

Brad is a former board member for the Oklahoma City Amercian Diabetes Association and the Oklahoma Arthritis Foundation. Brad has been married for over 21 years and has four daughters. He enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, reading and generally anything related to technology.
Chief Technology Officer
Greg graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in 1994 and brings more than 20 years of IT customer service experience to NvYA Technology. Greg lives in Tuttle with his wife and one daughter.
